Problem

A non-technical founder needed to build a complex ESOP consultation and management platform to help startups manage employee stock options. The platform needed to be educational, user-friendly, and handle complex calculations.

Solution

We built a comprehensive SaaS platform with education-first onboarding, ESOP calculator, document management, and admin dashboard. Tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL. The platform included interactive calculators, document templates, and a learning center.
